PASTOR
Rev. James Brownlee
He is the son of Wallace and Joann Brownlee. He was born in Abbeville, SC on April 22, 1965. He resides in Ware Shoals, SC where he is married to Beverly Bowie Brownlee. They have two children, twins, Jamelle and Jatrese Brownlee . The Pastor has three brothers, Wallace, Jr., Odell, and William Brownlee and one sister, Dorothy Brownlee. He works as a City Letter Carrier at the Greenwood Post Office, Greenwood, SC since January, 2001.

To grow in Christian faith, community outreach, and church membership as we are led by the Holy Spirit.
OUR MISSION
We, at Bethlehem, are striving to move the traditional church into the 21st century. We will hold firmly to our rich tradition but will build on the "new thing" (Isaiah 43:18-19) that God ordained through His Word. We seek to serve this present age not by changing the Word of God but by allowing the Word of God to change, lead, and direct us. The Word will not be new, but fresh. We will meet the needs of the people where they are and strive to be a church of God for the people of God.
